South Carolina Home Prices On The Rise

The online real estate site eppraisal.com ranked 183 metro areas in a six month analysis of median sales price changes.  Sumter ranked 11th nationally with sales prices up nearly 32 percent. 

Others on the list were:South Carolina

  • Spartanburg ranked 13th, up 28.3 percent
  • Anderson ranked 76th, up 5.8 percent
  • Greenville ranked 97th, up 4.2 percent
  •  Florence ranked 99th, up 4.0 percent
  • Charleston  ranked 127th nationally, up 1.7 percent
