Home Buyer Tax Credit Extension
The congress has extended and expanded the 2009 home buyer tax credit. This is great news for buyers who have been on the fence about buying a home. The new home buyer tax credit allows for home buyers to get the credit as long as they have a contract for purchase on or before April 30, 2010.
The real estate market in Columbia, SC has seen a great deal of first time home buyers as a result of the 2009 home buyer tax credit. We are looking forward to many more buyers in 2010 thanks to the tax credit extension.
