Saluda River Club is a Lexington SC neighborhood that offers residents a lifestyle of leisure walking trails, multiple pools and river activities all on the beautiful Saluda river. The Saluda River club has a lifestyle director who can arrange a kayak tour on the Saluda river or a yoga class for its residents.
There are two districts in the Saluda River club; the River district and the Village District. The River District has higher end homes with larger lots. The Village District has townhomes and single family homes that have the historic downtown Columbia cottage feel.
Saluda River Club offers different builders with different plans for a buyer to chose from. There are new spec homes being built all the time and selling quickly. The Saluda River Club was voted Community of the year by the National Association of Home Builders.
